1. What you must not ask FITD to design

Do not use FITD to design, generate, or attempt to generate any of the following. This applies to a finished item, a component of one, and tooling that exists to complete one.

1. Weapons and weapon components. Firearms and firearm parts, suppressors, ammunition and its components, blades made as weapons, blunt weapons, explosive devices, and any part, jig or completion tooling for any of these.
2. Weaponised drone parts. Parts for an unmanned aircraft whose function is to carry, release or deliver a weapon, munition, incendiary or harmful substance; strike or one-way-attack airframes; drone-mounted weapons; and parts designed to defeat counter-drone or airspace-safety measures.
3. Items designed to evade detection or searches. Including concealed compartments in vehicles or luggage, and parts whose purpose is to hide a controlled item from inspection.
4. Restraint- or lock-defeat tools. Handcuff keys and shims, bump keys, lock picks and decoders, and similar tools for opening locks or restraints you are not entitled to open.
5. Card-skimming or payment-fraud hardware. ATM and card-reader overlays, skimmer housings, PIN-pad cameras, and related parts.
6. Counterfeiting tooling. Pill presses, punches and dies, and copies of another company's branding, packaging, security features or trade dress.
7. Anything illegal to make, possess or supply in the UK. If the law says no, so do we.

Ordinary drone hardware is fine. Frames, arms, motor and camera mounts, canopies, prop guards, battery trays, landing gear and the like are normal parts and we generate them like any other.

2. How this is enforced

Every request is screened before anything is generated. Refused requests are logged, with the prompt, the reason and the account, and kept for 18 months so repeat behaviour is visible.

A first violation gets a warning. A further violation suspends the account. A request that is clearly hostile — not a borderline part, but an obvious attempt at something on the list above — suspends the account immediately. A suspended account's sign-in identifiers go on an internal deny-list, so the account cannot simply be created again.

Screening is automated and it is not perfect. If you think a refusal or a suspension was wrong, appeal it: use Message the founder in the app, or email support@fitdcad.com, and a person will read it.
